Complaints procedure
Last updated: 6 October 2026
Dutch&Doen aims to provide practical, professional and personal Dutch-language training. If you are not satisfied with a lesson, course or other service, please let us know. We take complaints seriously and use them to improve our service.
1. First contact
Please contact Pim de Vries as soon as possible at info@dutchdoen.nl. In many cases, a concern can be resolved quickly by discussing it together.
2. Formal complaint
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may submit a written complaint to the same e-mail address. Please describe the issue clearly and, where possible, state what you would consider a satisfactory solution.
3. Acknowledgement and response
Dutch&Doen will normally acknowledge receipt within 5 working days and aims to provide a substantive response within 14 days. If more time is reasonably required, you will be informed of the reason and when you can expect a response.
4. Fair and confidential handling
Complaints are handled fairly and, where appropriate, confidentially. Personal data received as part of a complaint is used only for handling the complaint and is processed in accordance with the Privacy statement.
5. If we cannot resolve the complaint
Dutch&Doen will make a reasonable effort to resolve the matter directly. This procedure does not limit any statutory rights you may have as a consumer or client. Nothing in this procedure excludes or restricts mandatory rights under applicable law.
